Acceptable Use Policy

Rules governing how you may use AnyCodeSMS. Violations may result in enforcement action including account termination.

Effective May 22, 2026

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use AnyCodeSMS for any of the following:

1. Spam

  • Sending bulk unsolicited messages
  • Using the service to collect phone numbers for spam campaigns
  • Using your AnyCodeSMS number as a collection point for bulk messaging services

2. Fraud

  • Using the service to deceive, phish, or mislead others
  • Impersonating financial institutions or other trusted entities
  • Conducting financial fraud of any kind

3. Harassment

  • Sending threatening, abusive, or harassing communications
  • Stalking, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact with any person

4. Impersonation

  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person, organization, or entity

5. Illegal Use

  • Any activity that violates federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to drug trafficking, money laundering, or facilitating illegal transactions

6. Evasion of Bans or Platform Restrictions

  • Using AnyCodeSMS to circumvent bans, suspensions, restrictions, or enforcement actions imposed by other platforms, services, or organizations
  • Creating accounts on services where you have been banned

7. Abusive Automation

  • Automated use of the service (bots, scripts, scraping) beyond normal personal use
  • Automated account creation, mass number provisioning, or automated message processing for commercial purposes without authorization

8. Prohibited Outbound Messaging

Even if outbound SMS becomes available in a future version, you may not use it for:

  • Spam or unsolicited marketing
  • Telemarketing
  • Any messaging that violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or carrier policies

Consequences

Violations may result in one or more of the following enforcement actions, applied at our discretion:

  • Written warning
  • Suspension of calling privileges
  • Suspension of service access
  • Release of your phone number
  • Termination of your account
  • Referral to law enforcement

Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this policy, or if you receive abusive communications through AnyCodeSMS, report it to support@anycodesms.com.

Include as much detail as possible, including phone numbers, dates, and descriptions of the behavior.

Interpretation

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy. We may investigate reports and take action at our discretion.
